To bring fresh, handcrafted comfort food with a soulful twist to the Akron area, making every meal a moment of connection, care, and flavor.

our mission is simple.

Our Story

Soul Bowl 330 began with a mission to serve and serve well. What started as a nonprofit-focused catering company quickly became a trusted name for flavor and hospitality in Akron. Since our launch in 2023, we’ve catered for more than 30 local organizations and countless private events, each one prepared with care and seasoned with love.

Now, we’re bringing that same dedication to your doorstep. With our new meal prep service, you can enjoy our signature comfort food made with a soulful twist in the comfort of your own home.

why we do what we do

At Soul Bowl 330, we believe food is more than just meals. It’s connection, comfort, and community. We’re proud to serve our Akron neighbors, support local nonprofits, and create experiences that leave people feeling nourished and valued.

Because when food comes from the heart, everyone benefits.

We’re All About Freshness

Every dish we make starts with fresh, high-quality ingredients and a commitment to excellence. We prepare all meals in a licensed commercial kitchen and are SERVSAFE® certified, ensuring every step meets the highest food safety standards. From crisp vegetables to tender proteins, we select every ingredient so you can taste the difference in every bite.

Freshness isn’t just about flavor. it’s about trust. And we take that trust seriously.

MEET your neighborhood culinary entrepreneur.

Hi, I’m Regina, the heart behind Soul Bowl 330. My passion for feeding Akron stems from a deep belief that food has the power to bring people together, brighten a tough day, and make home feel just a little warmer.

After years of catering large events, I realized something: the same handcrafted meals that filled banquet halls should also be enjoyed around family tables, without the stress of cooking. That’s why I’m committed to delivering quality, handmade meals straight to Akron-area homes.

You focus on living, and I’ll handle the cooking.
