Vendor Event FAQ

Do you participate in vendor events?

Yes, we participate in select vendor events that align with our brand, values, and capacity.

What types of events do you accept?

We prioritize:

  • Established events with a proven track record

  • Indoor, climate‑controlled venues

  • Corporate vendor fairs

  • Ticketed tasting events

  • Holiday and fall markets with strong attendance

Do you participate in first‑time events?

At this time, we do not participate in first‑time or untested events. We require a minimum of three years of event history or documented success.

Do you accept outdoor events?

Indoor events are strongly preferred. Outdoor events are considered only if they meet strict safety and logistical requirements.

Do you pay vendor fees?

We prefer events with no vendor fees. Exceptions may be made for high‑impact, high‑visibility opportunities.

What information do you need before confirming participation?

Event organizers must provide:

  • Expected attendance

  • Event schedule

  • Vendor placement map

  • Load‑in/load‑out instructions

  • Parking details

  • Electricity availability

  • What the organizer provides

  • Marketing/promotion plans

Why do you limit the number of events you attend?

To maintain excellence and protect our team’s capacity, we limit vendor events each season. We focus on opportunities that offer meaningful engagement and strong community impact.
